One more meeting in June 2013
Last sunday, had a general body meeting. everybody in the building is eager for redevelopment but there is always one point which lags and delays the project Most of the meeting was spend discussing the parking space for the present members. Flat owners who have more that 764 sq mt are entitled for 2 parking spaces, but the builder has agreed only for those over 900sq mts, that leaves 5 more flats which needs to be negotiated. Every paper takes 2-3 months to pass and every argument takes 2-3 months to dissolve..well two years have passed by with no results so far. There is also discussion on having a glass building which some members feel it looks too gross and commercial. Well, that will be discussed on another day, when? still waiting......
